The Bot provides automated cleaning schedule management based on calendar data shared by users. It sends reminders and notifications via WhatsApp.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Bot, you agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful calendar data (iCal links) from Airbnb, Booking.com, or other sources.
Ensure that you have the necessary rights to share the provided information.
Use the Bot for its intended purpose only and not for any fraudulent or abusive activities.

3. Data Collection and Use

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

We collect iCal links to generate cleaning schedules.
We collect WhatsApp numbers to send notifications and updates.
Your data is used solely for providing and improving our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services to facilitate our Bot’s functionality, including but not limited to:

Twilio: For WhatsApp Business API messaging.
Meta (WhatsApp): For delivering messages through WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Bot.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of scheduling data generated by the Bot.
Users are responsible for verifying cleaning schedules independently.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Bot if:

A user engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
A user violates these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
